The emids Technologies website required a redesign to market their full line of IT services and thought leadership in healthcare. As the in-house designer, I collaborated with marketing leadership to deliver a fluid experience that put our customers first and catered information to their interest.

2020-2021
Helped design consumer-facing solutions on a large cross-functional product team including analytics, data science, and marketing to ensure we were delivering meaningful value to users. We created products across several platforms including web, mobile, and home devices. I was the lead designer behind podcasts and discovering content, which were their two biggest business drivers. I also helped lead the creation and management of a design system that scaled to support 250+ platforms.
2005-2011
Led daily support operations, internal application installations and developed process standards. I also authored user guides, designed workflows and provided training for a project tracking system.
2011-2016
Specialized in creating digital design materials, presentations and information architecture diagrams to support complex digital marketing projects for national clients. I also produced visual assets for a number of departments including development, creative, sales, account services and reporting.
