The client services head shared their initial design concept for a client in between dashboards. Their concept was monotonous and lacked a clear focal point, which created a daunting experience. The dashboard needed to be restructured to give users greater control and ultimately encourage them to want to use the dashboard. I ended up stripping down the complexity of the interface by introducing tabbed navigation, a filter panel and various toggle switches to enhance usability and make the data meaningful.
