Increase customer satisfaction by providing better service and meeting the needs of customers who prefer self-service and reduce costs of reducing repeated calls to customer support.

Quore is comprised of several workday apps for a diverse range of hospitality roles, which can be especially overwhelming to new users. The existing site had an abundance of resourceful content, but it was important we surface the right information to the right users who were seeking self support. Another challenge was we were required to redesign the site in Squarespace, which restricted our ability to create a custom experience.
