2022-2025
Lead designer for their communications experience where we redesigned secure messenger and set the stage for an omni-channel solution to support email, SMS and eFax. I also worked with a small team to revamp a multibranded design system. This involved continuously working with multiple teams to audit, rebuild and document core components and patterns.
2015-2024
Worked on a number of projects for small and large clients including Napkins.com, the State of Tennessee and the United States Navy. My latest project involved the redesign of an event fundraising platform.
2020-2021
Helped design consumer-facing solutions on a large cross-functional product team including analytics, data science, and marketing to ensure we were delivering meaningful value to users. We created products across several platforms including web, mobile, and home devices. I was the lead designer behind podcasts and discovering content, which were their two biggest business drivers. I also helped lead the creation and management of a design system that scaled to support 250+ platforms.
