Graduated from ISU with a focus on technical writing and visual communication. My education included an internship with a newly established human computer interaction program.
2016-2020
Built product and marketing solutions for a large service platform for global hotel brands. From inventory tracking to guest callbacks, I introduced many endto- end solutions that simplified task flows for a diverse set of hospitality roles. I also had an integral role in introducing new brand standards and establishing a design system that saved company costs, cut small design decisions, and bridged the gap between design and development.
